Hiring Vigilante Cosmetics for my wedding was such a good call! I initially was not planning to hire a hair and makeup artist for my big day… I have had my makeup done professionally in the past, and haven’t always loved the results, so I was hesitant to hire artists for my own wedding. But after considering the stress of having to do my own makeup, on top of everything else that would be going on the morning of the big day, I decided to ask several of my other wedding vendors for recommendations for a hair and makeup artist. Vigilante was immediately recommended by not just one, but THREE different vendors I was already working with. And luckily for me, they were available for my wedding date! And they certainly lived up to their glowing reviews. My initial trial run was so validating. Erica (my makeup artist) and Cheree (my hair stylist) listened to the concerns and preferences I had, and recreated the look I was going for FLAWLESSLY. I had never felt so glowy and pretty – and like myself – in my life! They were both so kind and professional, and I knew instantly I had made the right decision. I ended up booking hair and makeup services for all my bridesmaids and my mother, as a treat to pamper them as thanks for all the help they had been in the lead up to my wedding.

On the wedding day, Erica and Cheree were there on time, super organized, and kept the hair and makeup services running on time. All my ladies had a wonderful time talking to them while we got ready, and everyone looked gorgeous! These artists are top-notch, and I am so so so glad I decided to book with them!

Lauren Is The Real Deal

Lauren did my makeup for our daughter’s wedding on October 16, 2021, and let me just say, I had never felt more glamorous. She asked lots of questions about what kind of look I was going for, listened to all my concerns, and did a terrific job of matching colors and shades with my skin tone. Lauren made my eyebrows look absolutely incredible!! The colors, lines, and natural shading made it look like they had just been micro-bladed. Lauren is a true professional, and I highly recommend her for ALL of your makeup artistry needs!

Vigilante is AMAZING!

I loved working with Vigilante, specifically Mariah! Every part of the process was smooth. From initial booking to day-of communication. I don’t typically wear makeup and know nothing about it, and was super nervous about having it done. Mariah listened and helped me feel confident. I wanted a look that was more “natural” and she completely delivered! I received so many compliments about my makeup and looking back at pictures, I am stunned! You will not regret booking with Mariah!

Mariah, Cheree, and Kyle did

Mariah, Cheree, and Kyle did an amazing job on our hair and makeup for my wedding. We had such a fun morning with them as well, it flew by! I can’t say enough how much I loved my wedding makeup. I booked a pre-wedding trial and I am so glad I did as Mariah and Cheree were able to tweak things that didn’t work the best so that the day of, everything looked perfect. This is the 3rd time I have had my hair/makeup by Vigilante, and I hope to get to work with them again!

Look No Further

With getting married in my mid-30s, I’ve been a part of SEVERAL weddings. Sometimes I’d love my hair and not my makeup or vice versa but usually neither lasted throughout the full day’s festivities. Not a single hair and makeup company that I’ve worked with comes close to the work that Vigilante Cosmetics does. They are simply the best.

We got married right in the middle of the path of the World Series parade. To ensure they didn’t run into traffic, they arrived well before scheduled in order to help ease my anxiety. Erica and Corie are professional, kind, and FUN but most importantly they are both highly skilled. Their work was truly flawless, and I would (and already have) recommend them without hesitation!

Erica did the make up for my wedding party, my mother, and myself and she did a phenomenal job. She made us all look stunning yet natural (as requested) which can often be a challenge in its own.

Corie did the hair for all of us. My girls came prepared with their sought-after Pinterest looks that they hoped to come close to but were blown away when she recreated each to perfection. Each girl had a different look from a power, pony, to 1920s waves, to incredibly intricate braided low buns.

The compliments were endless. Not only from the bridal party but from the wedding guests as well.

I can’t wait to see them again for my friend’s wedding in December. Anyone that hires Vigilante Cosmetics is in good hands!

I can’t recommend Vigilante Cosmetics enough for wedding hair & makeup. Blair in booking made everything so easy, from the initial inquiry to the final booking. Erica and Andi were absolutely amazing for my wedding. They are both so incredibly talented. I have incredibly oily skin and was so nervous about my makeup staying put throughout the night but Erica made that happen. I couldn’t believe how perfect it still looked after all the festivities. Andi did a beautiful job on my hair. She was able to create the exact style that I had in mind and it lasted all afternoon and night! I can’t thank them enough for making me look and feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day!

The best start to my wedding day!

We had an awesome experience with Vigilante Cosmetics! Kristen and Mariah were great with our hair and makeup— most of us had pictures of what we wanted and they made it beautiful, and a couple girls didn’t really know what they wanted but Mariah and Kristen knew exactly how to find out the best option and everyone left feeling beautiful and very pleased with their work. I was a bit nervous about how it would hold up throughout the day, especially my hair with the wind outside, but everything still looked great at the end of the night. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Vigilante’s services 🙂

Wonderful Experience

Working with Vigilante was wonderful from start to finish. Their booking manager Blair was easy to work with and very responsive. Erica and Corie are beyond kind, professional and funny. Erica, Corie and Devon are beyond talented. They were able to provide beautiful looks for my entire bridal party (6 bridesmaids, 2 readers, my mother, my mother in law, and myself). They were receptive to everyones needs and preferences. They even had my mother (who never wears makeup) feeling confident and comfortable. My hair and make up stayed in perfect condition for the entire rainy/humid day (9am-10pm). I hope to be able to use them for future special events.

Erica and Bilgah were amazing

Erica and Bilgah were amazing on my wedding day! I don’t know anything about make-up and my eyes are very sensitive, but Erica completely worked around my comfort zone and it turned out perfect. Bilgah worked extra hard to make sure my bangs were just right. All of my girls looked amazing and we all felt so confident!

My wedding couldn’t happen without them.

I’m in remission from cancer and as such, I wear a wig right now and the chemo has absolutely changed my appearance.

I asked Vigilante last minute if I could come get my bridal makeup done.

They squeezed me in and Lauren was the sweetest person I have ever met. It felt like talking to my best friend. Her and the other two artists there were so nice and understanding. They made it their goal to make me feel beautiful again. I can never thank Vigilante and Lauren enough.

Fantastic MUA for my wedding day

I booked through vigilante cosmetics website and was assigned a different artist for my makeup. Something happened and she had to be replaced within a few weeks of my wedding and was replaced by Courtney. Courtney was so sweet and was great at getting back to me. I usually don’t wear makeup so I asked for a more natural look and she made me look so beautiful. I was so happy with the way my makeup turned out and got so many compliments.
